Please find below information about our product pricing and payment methods
We consider:
- you are 18 year or older if you are placing order with us.
- you are in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by licensed bank of your country.
- while placing an order you authorise “Sartorial Way” to process the charges on your debit/credit card in the amount of the total purchase price of your order.
- you are providing personal and payment details that are correct and accurate.
Question:Does the item price include delivery charges?
Answer:Merchandise pricing shown on website does not include delivery charges. Orders are charged in displayed currency; it will be charged in AUD in case your country currency does not appear in the currency column.
Question: Do I need an account to place an order?
Answer: No, you do not need an account to place an order.
Question: When will my order be dispatched?
Answer: Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please add another day in case a public holiday falls a day after the order placement.
Question: Can I change my order?
Answer: Yes, you can change the order within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot change the order once it got packed and ready to ship.
Question: My size if out of stock, what should I do?
Answer: In case you find a specific size or style is out of stock, please feel free to contact at services@sartorialway.com
We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal:
- You will be directed to the PayPal website if you select pay by PayPal option at the checkout. You will have the option to review the total amount after logging in your PayPal account before making the purchase. Once the PayPal transaction is complete you will be returned to Sartorialway.com
Credit Cards:
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards
Question: Do we accept payments in instalments(with AfterPay, Klarna etc.)?
Answer: Sorry, at the moment we do not accept payments in instalments.
