Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange the item for a different colour or size within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please feel free to contact us at services@sartorialway.com to discuss the return.
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
Faulty products
We maintain a high level quality control and high standards at every stage of the process. However, if you discover the item you received is faulty(ignoring the slight shelf wear and tear) please contact us immediately. We will evaluate and consider the exchange if you received a damaged garment. In case we cannot ship a replacement, you will receive full refund for the item.
Item condition
Product must be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition, and all garment tags must be untouched(attached to the garment).
Returned items that are altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
